Should you prefer for us to arrange repairs, we have an excellent network of established and trustworthy professionals to call upon. 

We can arrange quarterly inspections and reports for the residential properties and frequent inspections for student property. 

All matters relating to health and safety can be arranged and implemented in house prior to occupation.
